Summary of publication

The independent review of Australia’s Governance for Development program (GfD, AUD72 million, 2013-21) examines GfD’s effectiveness, relevance and efficiency, including value-for-money assessments of individual investments under the program. The review identified a range of findings that have informed recommendations for the current program and design of any future Australian investments in governance and economic development in Timor-Leste.
