Summary of publication
This report provides an independent evaluation of the Timor-Leste Police Development Program. The evaluation assesses the program’s progress against its end of program outcomes, with a focus on the effectiveness and efficiency of the program and the sustainability of its outcomes. The evaluation identified a range of findings that have informed recommendations for the current program and the design for the next phase of the program. The evaluation was undertaken by Tetra Tech.
The management response outlines planned actions by AFP, DFAT and partners in response to the independent evaluation’s recommendations.
