The Government’s response to the JSCFADT report on Strengthening Australia’s Relationships in the Pacific was tabled in Parliament on 14 May 2024. The Government carefully considered the report and agrees, either fully, partially or in-principle, with the majority of the report’s seven recommendations. The Australian Government appreciates the work of the Sub-committee and also recognises the valuable contributions made to the inquiry by communities, universities, think tanks, and Pacific peoples.
