- Japan-Australia (JAEPA) – 15 January 2015

Plurilateral agreements:
- ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand (AANZFTA) – 1 January 2010. Membership includes Australia, New Zealand, Brunei, Burma, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Indonesia
- Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) – 30 December 2018. Membership includes Australia, Canada, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore, Vietnam, Peru, Malaysia, Chile and Brunei Darussalam. The United Kingdom is not inforce.
- Pacific Agreement on Closer Economic Relations (PACER) Plus – 13 December 2020. Membership includes Australia, Cook Islands, Kiribati, Niue, Samoa, Solomns Islands, Tonga, New Zealand, Tuvalu and Vanuatu
- Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (RCEP) – 1 January 2022. Membership includes Australia, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, China, Japan, Laos, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia and The Philippines.
