About free trade agreements (FTAs)

How to obtain a Certificate of Origin

Several of Australia's free trade agreements (FTAs) require exporters obtain a Certificate of Origin (COO) from an authorised issuer, including ChAFTA, TAFTA, JAEPA, IA-CEPA, AI-ECTA and A-UAECEPA. Others, such as KAFTA and RCEP, provide an option for exporters to use an authorised issuer to obtain a COO should they prefer to do so.

Authorised issuers are accredited under the Australia's Free Trade Agreement Certificate of Origin (FTA CoO) Recognition Scheme.
