Overview
As part of the negotiating process for the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with the United Kingdom (UK), the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) welcomed submissions from interested individuals and groups on the potential opportunities and impacts of the agreement. The information provided by stakeholders assisted the Government in determining Australia’s key priorities for the Australia-UK FTA.
Negotiations with the UK on the FTA were concluded in 2021.
