Summary of publication

This is the quality at entry report for the Australia–Indonesia Partnership for HIV 2008-15. The report assesses the quality of the design against a range of criteria. Some refinements were proposed to the design including a more clearly defined strategy statement, better integration of monitoring, better definition of roles and responsibilities for reporting and a strengthened gender analysis. These changes were taken up in the final design or as part of implementation.
