The purpose of this MOU is to facilitate cooperation in relation to matters of arts and culture that may be of mutual interest and benefit. The Participants will endeavour to work collaboratively in identifying appropriate measures and to foster the exchange of information, professional expertise, training, exhibitions and arts and culture activities. Activities will include:

1. capacity building, including but not limited to reciprocal visits, residencies, professional exchanges and cooperation across the diverse range of arts and cultural interests';
2. cooperation, research and increased understanding of collections and arts and cultural endeavours of mutual interest; and
3. access to the other Participant's materials that are of relevance and interest, to facilitate and share research, on the basis of reciprocity and mutual benefit.
