Summary of publication

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) outlines the partnership commitments between the Government of Papua New Guinea (PNG) and the Government of Australia to develop the Pacific Leadership and Governance Precinct. The goal of the Pacific Leadership and Governance Precinct is to support the efforts of PNG Government to grow a new generation of ethical public service leaders with the capability and motivation to collaborate, lead and manage the delivery of government services to all citizens of PNG.
