Summary of publication
The technical evaluation assesses the quality of infrastructures projects built or under construction through the Government of Timor-Leste's National Program for Village Development (PNDS) as of mid-2015.
The evaluation found that 83 per cent of projects had been built to plan, 94 per cent of projects had good or high levels of community involvement and more than 70 per cent of projects were being used and functioning as planned.
