Meet our 2019 grantees
Sector: Arts and Culture
Country location: Australia
Grantee: Adelaide Fringe Inc
Project description
Honey Pot is Adelaide Fringe's internationally recognised arts marketplace, providing a dynamic matchmaking service for Artists and Industry Delegates. Lead by artists at all stages of development, Honey Pot is immersed in the vibrant summer Festival season in Adelaide, South Australia. Over 250 Industry delegates will attend Adelaide Fringe to see over 1300 shows for future programming opportunities. Creatively challenged and inspired delegates see Adelaide as an important place to see work and do business. In 2020 we welcome key Korean industry delegates to Adelaide Fringe to see Australian shows, meet artists and participate in networking events. Honey Pot acts as a catalyst in the cultural exchange of people to people relations between Australia and Korea through the successful programming of shows in Korea. Committed to strengthening relationships with key festivals and organisations in Korea, we encourage an open exchange of artists between Australia and Asia. Honey Pot's marketplace runs alongside the Adelaide Fringe dates - 14 February - 15 March 2020
