Amendment to Item 4 of Regulation 6 of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011 (Cth)

The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) is undertaking public consultation on proposed amendments to the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011 (Cth). Submissions close on 19 May 2023 (5pm AEST).

The amendments expand item 4, regulation 6 of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011 (Cth) to introduce additional listing criteria for Iran.
