Former professional soccer player and teacher, Belinda Dawney visited Tonga in June 2018. Belinda's official program engaged with the Tongan soccer and touch football communities, school students, and local artists. Belinda's visit presented an excellent platform for post to promote healthy lifestyles and an awareness of Indigenous culture to the Tongan community. Links to sporting associations Tonga Football (a recipient of the Australian aid funds through Pacific Sports Partnerships) and Tonga National Touch Rugby were strengthened.
