Established by the Government of Papua New Guinea (PNG), the Health Services Improvement Program (HSIP) Trust Account (TA) is a funding mechanism intended to enable funds from the PNG Government and donors to be pooled and channelled towards PNG’s national and sub-national health sector priorities.
