Summary
Climate change, gender equality and disability equity and rights are relevant to and interconnected with all development sectors. Addressing these issues is part of effective development programming and critical for achieving impact. This handbook provides guidance for developing quality program outcomes that address the nexus of gender equality and climate change, and support meaningful participation by people with disabilities. It provides an overview of how gender equality and climate change intersect in all major sectors of Australia’s development program, and guidance for designing investment outcomes that address both priorities across sectors.
