TPP text and associated documents

6 October 2015

After the negotiations concluded on 5 October 2015, the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP) text was subject to a process of legal review, translation and verification.

An English language version of the legally verified TPP text was released on 26 January 2016 (This supersedes the version of the TPP text that was released on 5 November 2015).

The TPP text will be equally authentic in English, French and Spanish. In the event of any inconsistencies, the English text will prevail.

The following chapters and annexes comprise the TPP text as signed by Mr Robb and his counterparts from other TPP countries on 4 February 2016 in Auckland, New Zealand.
